Venue: Ace Cafe to Streatham or Croydon (day) and London (eve)
RMOOA annual roadrun to commemorate the last day of RMs in normal public service on Fri 9th Dec 2005. Meet at the Ace Cafe from 9 to 11am for brunch. Stay on site or depart at leisure. Optional roadrun along the 159 route, then disperse or return to the Ace Cafe for dinner. Optional evening Christmas Lights tour around London, then disperse. No booking necessary, but please let the Events Officer know if you intend to join us so we can expect you: events@routemaster.org.uk.
NB. Please vacate the Ace Cafe car park by 6pm as there's a classic car meet at that time.
Note to owners. We run by the goodwill of TfL and the public. You may use bus lanes unless they're marked Local Buses, but please don't use bus stops which are marked TfL only, and show Private or Not in Service while running. This is not a public running day so it's your choice whether you carry uninvited guests.
Note to the public. We run along public roads so you're welcome to observe at the Ace Cafe or along the route. If asked, some owners may be willing to carry one or two guests but it's not guaranteed.
