Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return the item, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received them. We will then replace or refund the item but we may make a minimum 15% handling charge. All items must be received in the same condition that they were dispatched or we will not be able to offer a refund or rep lace them, as applicable.

All orders returned must be sent to us at your cost and we advise you to insure the goods adequately. If returned goods are lost we will not be liable for them.

We will refund your payment by PayPal within 28 days of us receiving the goods back.

Please include the following with any returns: your name, daytime telephone number, reference number and the reason for the return.

Any second-hand items are sold as seen and this policy would not be applicable.
