Payment and Delivery

All orders placed online must be placed through this website using the online shop facility provided. Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the se curity of your details if sent to us.

All prices for any sales items shall be those listed on this website at the date of the order.

All payments for orders placed on this website shall be made via PayPal and no other methods are currently accepted by the Routemaster Association via this website.

We will always try to dispatch your order within 10 working days of receiving it, however please allow 28 days for delivery. If you have not received your order within 28 days, please contact us by e-mailing sales@routemaster.org.uk

The Routemaster Association is currently not VAT registered; therefore all our prices include VAT at the current UK rate.

Our standard delivery charges are as shown on our online shop . Please e-mail us if you require next day, recorded or guaranteed delivery. The online shop will show delivery prices for overseas orders, however we may need to contact customers to clarify charges and packing requirements.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If there are any queries we will endeavour to contact you to clarify them to clarify them.
