There is an end of show vehicle parade on each day, which the buses on show can join if they want to as well.
For buses coming to display they automatically get FOC entrance for 2 adults and 2 children, and can camp behind their vehicles, no charge. Most of the military exhibitors do the same. On site there are very good food court area, toileting and showering facilities.
For RMOOA members attending the show without a vehicle or for a bus who has more than 2 adults & 2 children on board, they will get a 20% discount. The RMOOA will have a discount code that we can give to our members when they book their tickets, so they can access the discount.
This would bring down the advanced price for adults from £18 to £14.40 and for over 65s from £12.50 to £10.00.
If displaying a bus for the two day period, it must be on site by 8.30 Saturday morning and cannot depart until 5.30pm Sunday. However, you can arrive from Thursday 2nd Oct at Noon, Friday all day and stay until Noon on Monday 6th if you wish to do so. The booking form must also be done - the military vehicle one would be the best to complete.

A bus can show for just one day, however for this there is a charge of £10 if your ticket is purchased in advance, or £15 if purchased on the gate. Again they must be on site by 08:30 in the morning (Saturday or Sunday) and cannot depart until 5:30pm on the day they attend.
There is evening entertainment on Friday and Saturday night for exhibitors, with a discounted bar, and the Vintage Tea Room also offers discounts for exhibitors from Thursday until Sunday night.
For Buses who do not want to exhibit, bringing passengers, they would park in the car park, which then doesn't confine them to an arrival deadline, and the passengers can scan their tickets on entry.
