The Mayor and Transport for London (TfL) started a public consultation at the beginning of November on proposals to introduce the world’s first ULEZ in the capital on 7th September 2020. This has been prompted by London’s failure to meet all its EU air quality targets.

TfL invites everyone to provide your views on all the proposals as described by completing the online questionnaire.
The consultation will close on 9th January 2015.
Currently the proposal is for an exemption for pre-1973 vehicles, but there is no guarantee that this will stay in the final draft. We suggest that everyone responds to this Consultation !!
