LED LAMPS BACK IN STOCK

It has been a long 14 months but we have finally taken delivery of the new LED saloon lamps with correctly sized glass bulb.

Our manufacturer worked hard to get the glass size correctly made, rejecting the initial delivery from china as they had made the glass shape similar to a household lamp rather than a golf ball. A 2nd tool was produced and the glass finally arrived the correct shape and the manufacturer began the assembly process.

The lamps are more expensive than previously advertised due to the tooling expense but we think it will be worth it for the improved look when fitted.

The advantage of LED lamps is a reduction of 0.975A being drawn from your battery for each saloon lamp you replace, 0.43A for as blind box lamp and will give a greater service life.

We are selling these in kit form as follows

These lamps can be used in the blind boxes as despite their larger size the heat output is sufficiently low as to not damage the blinds. If, however, there is sufficient interest in a smaller lamp specially made for the blinds, we can look at having these made. Please let the sales officer know if it is of interest.
